This Permit to Work -Demolition is issued by Insert Client Company here to authorise the demolition works of the decommissioned Insert specific building reference. All service connections to the Insert specific building reference have been isolated away from the area of demolition work sand that Insert specific details if applicable(which has the potential to contain asbestos) have been removed.
